How to Refund a Fee/Transaction

Click the "Complete Requests" icon on the left-hanC side menu.

Define the correct date range to capture the request you would like to asses a refund for.

In the table, locate the specific request the transaction pertains to.

Click the "View Details" icon in the "Action" column:

Click "Assign to Me" in the bottom left hand corner of the request overview.

You should be taken into the requests. No actions are available as the request has been fulfilled or canceled. In the top right-hand corner click "More":

Click "Manage Transactions".

Click "Refund" in the transaction pop-up.

Enter a reason for the refund and click "Confirm".

You should see the status change to "Refunded" or "Refund Pending". If the status says "Refunded" you're all done!

If the status says "Refund Pending" an administrator for your account will need to approve the refund. They can do this by clicking the "Transactions" icon on the left hand side menu.

Filter by "Approval Pending" at the top of the page.

Find the transaction in question and click the "View Details" icon.

Click "Approve". That's all that's needed. Our system runs through refunds in bulk and will process the refund by the end of the business day.
