How to Setup your Accuro Integration

The first step will be to open Medchart and connect your Accuro account using information provided by QHR staff:

Click the "Configurations" icon on the left-hand side menu.

Click the "Integrations' tab at the far right side of options. If an Integrations tab does no appear please contact Medchart support ot enable the option.

Click "Connect to Accuro" to button to launch the integration window.

You will be asked to provide a "Tenant ID", "Username", and "Password". All of these items should be provided by your QHR representative. Please contact QHR if you do not have this information and specify you are setting up an integration with Medchart:

If the credentials entered are correct you will be asked to grant access to the integration. Please select the designated location and click "Approve".

The final initialization step is to enter your "UUID" and click "Confirm". You should receive your UUID from a QHR representative.

Once complete you can close the Accuro modal if it doesn't close automatically and you should receive a confirmation message in Medchart.

Once you've connected Accuro to Medchart you will need to create a CDS link in Accuro for each user who is utilizing the integration. (The following process will need to be individually completed for every Medchart user you want to have access to the integration):

VERY IMPORTANT: Login to Accuro using the user you want to setup for access to the integration in Medchart!

In Accuro open the main navigation menu, click "CDS" and select "Medchart".

A modal will appear to Configure User CDS Link. Please enter the following information:

Name: Medchart
URL: https://app.medchart.ca/account/b2bv2login/
Site Requires Login: Check

Username: the username of the medchart user you are connecting
Password: the password of the medchart user you are connecting

VERY IMPORTANT: There should be a 1 to 1 map between Accuro and Medchart users. Ensure that you are logged into Accuro using the same person's Accuro user and you intend to connect to in Medchart. This process will link your Accuro user to this Medchart user.

Please then click the "+" icon to add a parameter. This will open the "Add Parameter" modal.

You will need to add 4 parameters (each time click the "+" icon, enter the information, and click "OK" to save).

When complete all parameters the parameter and value table should have the 4 parameters listed.

Once complete click "OK" to save the CDS link. That's it! You have linked this Accuro user to Medchart. Please repeat for every user in Accuro who needs to access the integration in Medchart.
